The Trölschi are very recommendable, everything related to the yeast plait could be better (too dry).

For 6 years we have been leaving between 60-70 euros a week in this bakery and there is only one employee in the Ko-Mü industrial area who is actually the friendliest ever and always and at all times! Slightly older, dark short hair, little curls and glasses! Great saleswoman! It is actually catastrophic in the branch in the town center, unfriendly and stressed, you are often greeted, and one or the other time something else in the bag ... I usually come by in the afternoon between 1.30pm and 3pm, that's the motivation maybe already gone but whoever works in this branch should always be friendly! And then you read that the Trölsch company does not pass the VAT reduction on to the customer but to its employees in the form of a bonus payment! Incredible that the employee stands above the customer, because the customer should actually be relieved! But everyone can decide what they want, but the majority of companies decide for the customer! As soon as a second baker (another baker) becomes resident here, we are gone!

Top bakery with nice staff and great pastries. Unfortunately, since the last price increase, the price-performance ratio is no longer correct. Coffee does not taste.

It's alright if you talk to your colleagues and understands. But if I come here 3 times a week and have the same scenario every morning, it gets annoying. You are half-served, not even asked if there is something else and if you want to have something then the eyes are twisted. Price as I have to pay I will not tell me then because the conversation with the colleague is too important and goodbye you then no longer. Everybody has a bad day but when you work with customers some things are not ok !!

Small but nice. The staff is friendly and the quality of the baked goods is good. The cake selection was unfortunately not that big for me (pregnant) but otherwise I always find something, whether sweet or savory, that smiles at me.
